Waring Hall is ideal for larger functions. Adjacent to the main building, this graceful banquet facility is suitable for weddings, conferences, banquets, and dances for up to 200 people. Doors open on to a veranda that borders one side of the room and leads down into the gardens. It is, indeed, a wonderful setting especially for summer events.
The Waring House has two exquisite dining rooms for special events: the elegant, historic Prince Edward Room (seating 40); and Amelia’s Garden (seating 120), with windows overlooking the gardens, walk-outs to the gardens, dance floor, skylight, and bar facilities.
The cuisine is exceptional. The Waring House provides the finest in freshness, quality and taste by using the wonderful foods produced and harvested in Prince Edward County. Executive Chef Luis Sousa, known for his tempting variety of dishes that demonstrate the originality and variety of Canadian regional cuisine, is always pleased to work with event planners to tailor menus to their tastes. An exciting array of desserts and pastries are produced on site and locally crafted wines and beers make perfect accompaniments to meals. We are happy to accommodate special food requests due to allergies, vegetarian preferences, and dietary requirements.
