Cookery Class
Join Chef David Correa for hands-on culinary adventures exploring flavours from around the world — and right here in Prince Edward County. Each week features a new theme, from international cuisines to seasonal local ingredients, with plenty of opportunities to learn, taste, and create.
Class Options:

Thursday Evenings (5:30 PM): Hands-on class followed by a sit-down dinner

Sunday Mornings (10:30 AM): Cook and nibble as you go, then dine in or take your meal home
